• Credits are non-refundable once purchased

2.2 VIP Subscription

• VIP members receive unlimited PDF merge operations
• VIP status is valid for the purchased period (e.g., 30 days)
• VIP subscriptions automatically expire at the end of the period

3. User Accounts
